Shipping is by express courier Monday through Friday during business hours.

In addition, it is possible to request both Saturday delivery with an additional charge of 10€ and delivery by appointment with an additional charge of 5€ .

In order for delivery to occur correctly, the customer is required to provide a VALID PHONE NUMBER, which will be communicated to the courier in the event of any delivery problems. Without the valid phone number your order may be delayed or remain on hold.

In order to make sure that the delivery goes smoothly, we recommend that you have your order delivered to the place where you work, and that in addition to the delivery address you also provide your phone number so that the courier can contact you if there are any problems.

Please note: 2 delivery attempts will be made at the address you indicated when you placed your order; after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, or in the event that delivery cannot be made due to an address error, the package will be placed in storage with the courier; if you would like delivery to take place at a new address or prefer to pick up the package at the warehouse, you will need to contact us or the courier directly to proceed.

Processing times

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: 10 – 12 WORKING DAYS

NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: 5 – 10 WORKING DAYS

Added to the processing time will be the shipping time, which will be 24/48 hours for Italy

For shipping multiple products in one order, a surcharge will be added that will vary based on the volume and weight of the added product.

The delivery terms for the Products are as specified in the schedule below and run from the day the order form is sent to us; holidays in Italy and France are excluded from the calculation.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informational email with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking via this number is activated after about 2 business days after the shipment is confirmed.

If you do not receive the goods within one week of the shipment confirmation email, please notify our customer service department.
